Bra size combines the band size (measured under the bust) with the cup size (fullest part of the bust).

If your underbust and bust place you between two cup sizes, or the band feels loose, use the nearest “sister size” (one band size up with one cup size down, or vice versa).

Measure around the fullest part of the hips. Briefs should sit comfortably without digging in or riding up.

For knitwear and homewear, compare your chest, waist and hip measurements and choose the size that fits the largest measurement.

Measure around the natural waistline and the fullest part of the hips. The waistband should stay snug without feeling tight.

Use the jeans column for bottoms and the tops column for T-shirts, vests and loungewear tops.

Measure foot length from heel to the tip of the longest toe.
