Measurements are shown in centimetres (cm) with inches (in) alongside, together with Italian, EU, UK/US, French and Spanish size conversions. Measure directly on the body, keeping the tape snug but not tight.

Underbust band & cup size

Bra size combines the band size (measured under the bust) with the cup size (fullest part of the bust).

How to measure. Wear no bra or a soft, unpadded bra. Wrap the tape snugly under the bust for the band, then around the fullest part of the bust for the cup. The band should feel firm and level all the way around.

If your underbust and bust place you between two cup sizes, or the band feels loose, use the nearest “sister size” (one band size up with one cup size down, or vice versa).

Measure foot length from heel to the tip of the longest toe.

How to Measure

A soft measuring tape and a mirror are all you need. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug — never pulled tight.

Bras: two measures

Take the underbust for the band and the fullest bust for the cup, then combine them (e.g. band 34 + cup C = 34C).

Briefs & boxers: hips

Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat; for men’s styles also check the natural waist.

Knitwear & homewear

Compare chest, waist and hips and choose by the largest measurement for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

Between two sizes?

For fitted lingerie follow the larger body measurement; for soft knitwear and homewear, size up for ease.
